Return & Refund Policy

At Teddinliving, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
